Ein Deep Dive bei einem unserer Kunden: Der Otto Gruppe. Mit 4700 Mitarbeitern, einem Umsatz von 2,956 Milliarden Euro und einem 205.000 m² großen Campus (das sind 35 Fußballfelder) ist die Otto Gruppe der größte Online-Einzelhändler in den Bereichen Möbel und Living.
Bei Otto haben wir das FutureWork-Team mit unserer Collaboration Performance Matrix dabei unterstützt, die Projekte für die New Work Kommunikationstools zu strukturieren.
Irene Oksinoglu, Head of FutureWork bei OTTO zeigt Katinka die neuen Räumlichkeiten und teilt Einsichten aus den Projekten mit Christoph. New Work bedeutet für sie, nostalgische Angewohneiten aufzugeben und zu lernen, wie eine Änderung der inneren Einstellung das Arbeitsumfeld ändern kann.
This is a deep dive behind the scenes from one of our clients: Otto. A large retailer in Germany. We supported the FutureWork team with our Collaboration Performance Map to structure the project for new work communication tools.
